- A simple fixed-scope agreement plus a mutual NDA before you share any documents.
- Payments
- Deposit to start, then milestones released only after you approve a demo. Invoiced via Payoneer or Wise.
- Communication
- A weekly live demo, a short Loom update, and async chat on WhatsApp, Slack or email.
- Time zones
- Karachi, UTC+5. Overlaps with US mornings and UK afternoons.
- Ownership
- You own the code, the data and the deployment. Everything is in your accounts from day one.
- Changes
- Scope changes are quoted before they're built. No surprise invoices.
